We're going to my in-laws for Thanksgiving and my MIL asked me to make my crock-pot corn recipe, so I thought I'd share it with you...
Slow-Cooker Creamy Corn
2 pkg. (16 oz. each) frozen corn
1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed
1/3 cup butter or margarine, cubed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
In slow-cooker, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or until heated through and cheese is melted. Stir well before serving.
Yield: 6 servings
